Lenny Yeh has over 20 years of public and private industry experience. His extensive expertise in serving a multitude of corporations from varying industries as well as high net worth individuals was accumulated from three major CPA firms. 1) Stonefield Josephson, Inc., a California regional CPA firm, specializing and servicing small to medium size U.S. publicly listed companies involving reversed merger, private placement and IPO transactions. 2) Mohler, Nixon, & Williams, a Silicon Valley based CPA firm, specializing in employee benefit plan audits as well as numerous high-tech companies' tax needs in the Silicon Valley, and 3) KPMG, a big 4 CPA firm, serving international clients' audit and assurance needs. In addition, Lenny was an accounting manager at a network equipment company in the Silicon Valley, and headed the company's accounting department.
